Order Issues
Our products are made to order and uniquely crafted for each customer. Therefore, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@worldwidecorals.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Assessment: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
- Resolution: If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
